We utilize our own fleet of mainstream and prestige vehicles for your non fault customers which enables you to use your own courtesy cars for those who are at fault.

Our service ensures that your customer is provided with a comparable replacement vehicle for the duration of the repair.
We work closely with the U.K.’s leading insurance companies and are supporters of the Association of British Insurers protocols. ACH have been appointed, by the A.B.I. to the highest level – Tier 1

Tailor made service

We will provide you with a dedicated 0845 number that may be answered in your name or as a division of your company 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Once notification of an accident is received by us we will take details and decide whether our customer is likely to be successful in claiming for their losses from the insurer of the other party
If we feel our customer is fully or partially to blame we will provide them with the appropriate claims telephone number to report the claim or report it for them if requested.

If we feel our customer will be successful in claiming their losses from the other party’s insurer one of our courteous and smartly dressed representatives will arrange:

Delivery of a comparable replacement vehicle at the client’s convenience from our extensive fleet (includes prestige, 4x4, taxis and commercial) whilst the client is without their own.

Onward delivery of the customer’s own vehicle to you the repairer.

A polite and professional claims handler will then arrange:

An inspection of their vehicle by an independent engineer who will authorise repairs or agree settlement of the value of their vehicle if a total loss. The customer may remain in the replacement vehicle until settlement is received if their own vehicle is undriveable.

Recovery of any other out of pocket expenses.

Our experienced claims handlers will provide free assistance and advice regardless of liability.

You will be given just 2 or 3 points of contact ensuring a close working relationship.
